You might have a few staple food products in your kitchen that you pull out of your cupboards and refrigerators regularly, but do you recall what’s shown on their packaging?

In an interesting study, Kitchen Cabinet Kings has asked over 1,000 Americans of a gamut of ages to guess specific elements of logos belonging to long-standing food brands like Jif, Arm & Hammer, and Hunt’s.

Surprisingly, when shown sets of four variations per logo, most participants failed to identify the correct ones, partly because they didn’t notice mild tweaks that companies made to their brandings throughout the years. Additionally, a number of these household names aren’t advertising as actively as they did in their prime days.
