In this digital age where knowledge and skill sharing has become increasingly prevalent, there should be scant excuse not to capitalize on this great resource that is the internet.

DesignTAXI previously introduced you to 68 free art and design online courses from universities Yale, Duke, MoMA, and more. Now, here’s a little something especially for those passionate about photography and filmmaking.

School of Visual Arts has created an ‘Images, Ideas, Inspiration’ playlist on its YouTube channel comprising advice and anecdotes from “digital photographers, hardware and software developers and industry experts.” It was recently brought to light thanks to photographer Dan Culberson who shared it on Reddit.

The 109 videos feature candidates specializing in areas ranging from fine art, commercial, documentary, editorial, street and portrait photography. There are also photographer-filmmakers who share their take in the presentations.

For starters, you could check out Time Magazine’s Director of Photography Kira Pollack’s presentation below. For more, browse through the entire playlist.
