France has managed to book a spot in the 2018 World Cup semi-finals.

The team went up against Uruguay on Friday, 6 July and sent its fans into a frenzy after beating Uruguay 2-0. While the French team had everyone excited over its win, one young French fan has caught the media’s attention as well.

The adorable boy was caught on camera, seated next to a similarly-dressed man whom some guess could be his father. They were both dressed in a blue shirt and beret bearing the colors of the French flag. The boy can be seen grasping a baguette in his right hand whilst cheering after the French team managed to score the opening goal during the quarterfinals.

Professional footballer Patrice Evra joined in the fun and was seen wearing a beret and biting on a baguette after France won the game. He took to Twitter to post the image with the caption, “We love to bite our french baguette. I love this game ahahahah.”
