By Matt Heinz, President of Heinz Marketing

Are you like me and enjoy “How I ” from Inc Magazine as well as via Lifehacker?

We have our very own series, going strong a few years now.  We feature a new B2B sales, marketing or business leader here every Thursday answering what have become the standard “How I Work” questions.  You can catch up on everyone we’ve featured thus far in the “How I Work” series here.

This week I’m excited to feature Neal , CEO of Your Social and author of numerous books on social and digital sales best practices. Neil is also on the faculty of Rutgers University’s Business School and is a frequent speaker on social selling best practices.

Here in his own words is how he does it.
