Which Mac(book) – Info Mac

I don’t know which MacBook it’s better for me.
I want a MacBook for the mobility, and I’ve a friend that have the “MacBook” and it’s low powerful for the price, so I think that the MacBook Pro will be better for me, but the non Touch Bar costs (Spain) 1505€, but more ram and space it’s for 1999€, and the new MacBook Pro with more ram costs 250€ more. What do you think?
