Will JavaFX be a deployment hurdle? – Info Java

I was thinking of trying JavaFX, but couldn’t get the basic example to work. A quick check revealed that OpenJDK is not bundled with JavaFX and I need to install an additional package – OpenJFX.

Installing that package is not a problem, but wouldn’t that mean users of my applications will have to install it too? It doesn’t look like something I can just bundle in the jar…

Is this going to be a problem?
