Look what I found – Info Linux

Caldera got a lot of money, they bought The Santa Cruz Operation, makers of SCO Unix a Unix version for X86.

From a company packing linux, now they have 2000 employees and 3 products.. SCO OpenServer, SCO UnixWare, and Caldera Linux. Fired 100% of The Santa Cruz operation employees, changed their name to SCO and sue linux users.

I work for The Santa Cruz operation from 1991 to 2001 it was a good company with a good product SCO Openserver is still in use by many companies. Caldera just killed a good company and put his name in dirt.
