Every year that rolls back around,  fans wait with anticipation for the announcement of the game’s next playable . One again, Blizzard did not disappoint, and introduces audiences to , the 29th character to join the roster.

In true Blizzard fashion, Miss Elizabeth Caledonia Ashe premiered in an all-new cinematic trailer called “Reunion” that follows the suave cowboy McCree. In it, he thwarts a train robbery attempted by the Deadlock Gang, a group of desert outlaws led by the new Overwatch hero.

The story takes place in the Route 66, and helps explain the train wreck that has always been at the start of the map. The trailer is a lot of fun, filled with action-packed moments, and even introduces several new characters. Ashe’s gang, including omnic sidekick and muscle B.O.B, are interesting new figures in the lore, so it should be welcomed that their leader will be joining the ranks.

Here’s what she can do:

  • The Viper: Ashe’s semi-automatic rifle fires quick shots, or she can use her aim-down sights for a more damaging, precise shot.
  • Dynamite: Ashe throws an explosive that detonates after a short delay or immediately when shot. The explosion from Dynamite also lights enemies on fire, dealing damage over time.
  • Coach Gun: Ashe blasts enemies in front of her, knocking them away and propelling herself backward for added mobility.
  • B.O.B: Ashe summons her trusted omnic sidekick, B.O.B., who charges forward and knocks enemies into the air, then lays down suppressing fire with his arm cannons.

Fans can get a complete look at Ashe on her character page on the Overwatch website.

Outside of the game, Blizzard is working closely with LEGO to bring Overwatch characters to fans in block form. A recent leak revealed several of the first LEGO Overwatch sets hitting stores sometime in the near future. They look very well-made and feature many of the original heroes from the game’s early years.

Blizzard is also trying its hand at a different kind of game: the breakfast game. The company is planning on releasing a real-life version of Lucio-Oh’s, a brand of cereal in Overwatch named for the hero Lucio. It will contain “Sonic Vanilla” pieces, along with green and yellow hoops. According to the information on the side of the box Lucio-Oh’s are set to release at the beginning of December.
